We are a group of the Church of God Reformation Movement that has existed for over 100 years in North America. We have a common goal of all Church of God people: to live a holy and righteous life to the glory of God.
Why the name Church of God?
Church of God is our name. Some may ask why we call ourselves Church of God when Christianity already is divided into many groups with many names. Why the name Church of God? Because it is the name given to God’s Church in the New Testament. (Acts 20:28; 1 Corinthians 1:2; 1 Corinthians 15:9).
The name Church of God is all inclusive, of every child of God, that is truly saved and born again. By having this name we state that we feel one with all the blood-washed. By using this name, we honor our founder and keeper of this church (Matth. 16,18).
The unity of the saints of this one church is very important to us. Every true child of God is a member of this church; we have no formal church membership.
We place great value upon the Bible as the only answer to the questions of faith. It is our statement of faith.
We try to fulfill Scripture in all things; for this we depend not on our own strength, but upon the power and leading of the Holy Spirit.
We invite you to worship with us!
